What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
After your order is received, you have 7 days to return it (partially or totally) for an exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We only accept return with money back in case of defective products received.
Do you ship internationally?
For the moment, no.
We only ship to Lebanon.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping rate is $4 all over Lebanon.
For orders above $100, shipping is completely free (excluding furniture with shipping rate at $10).
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are 2 to 5 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and Wish Money.
For Wish Money, payment has to be sent within 24h after order to the phone number displayed after checkout.
Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
