Return & Exchange

After your order is received, you have 7 days to return it (partially or totally) for an exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

You can return your order directly in store (located at Ghazieh) or online by contacting us using this page.

Important to note

• We don't offer refund. 
• Any item purchased on sales cannot be exchanged
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be exchanged
• Any item with missing label cannot be exchanged
• Any item received as a gift cannot be exchanged

Please also note that in case of exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
